15-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, or you may not be completely satisfied with the product. That is why we offer a 3-day return policy for our jewelry items. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will issue a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

All you need to do is to contact our customer service team and follow the instructions they provide. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with the original packaging and receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. Refunds are subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Control Inspection Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we hope that you will love our jewelry as much as we do. Thank you for shopping with us!

Once the product is returned under our 15-Day return policy the refund will be credited to the original source of payment used. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account. For all prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking /Wallet).

The Johareez Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will receive a free return shipping label from our customer support team to return the shipment back to us. We will arrange for the return shipment to be picked up by our shipping carrier agent.

Once we receive the package, processing the returns may take up to one week for processing.
